Scaffold Design Engineer
The successful candidate will assist in the production of safe, accurate, practical, and cost-effective design solutions for products and systems, supporting the company’s revenue and profit objectives while delivering first-class customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their technical capabilities within a supportive and fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced members of the UK Technical Team.
Working across a diverse portfolio of construction, industrial, infrastructure, rail, and maintenance projects, you will develop scaffold and temporary works designs from concept through to installation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, client requirements, and industry best practice.

- Produce accurate and cost-effective design applications for systems and products.
- Produce detailed design drawings, calculations, design briefs, and supporting technical documentation to relevant legislation, standards, and company procedures.
- Assist with projects from initial concept through to final completion, including site surveys where required and design meetings, providing technical support throughout project delivery.
- Perform structural assessments and calculations to verify stability, load paths, and compliance with design criteria.
- Work closely with senior engineers and the wider technical team to deliver practical engineering solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers while helping to support and nurture new business opportunities.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
