Role Description
This on-site Scaffolder role is based in Glasgow, WV. The Scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold structures in line with project specifications and safety regulations, supporting construction and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include:

- Inspecting scaffolding components
- Ensuring proper load capacities
- Maintaining safe working platforms
- Collaborating with site supervisors and other trades

The role requires adherence to company and industry safety standards, accurate completion of required documentation, and effective communication with team members and site management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Scaffolding, including erecting, adapting, and dismantling structures safely and efficiently.
- Experience Working at Height with strong awareness of safety practices and correct use of access equipment.
- Knowledge of Fall Protection systems and procedures, including use of harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points.
- Understanding of Confined Space working requirements and the ability to follow appropriate entry and rescue protocols.
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent site safety certification.
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to read and follow scaffold design drawings and method statements.
- Good physical fitness, manual handling capability, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Previous experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure scaffolding environments is highly beneficial.
