Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolder role based in Leicester. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with industry regulations and company procedures. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting drawings, selecting appropriate materials, assembling scaffolds, and carrying out safety inspections. The role involves working at height, supporting site teams, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure that access solutions meet project requirements. The Scaffolder will be expected to maintain a safe work environment, use fall protection and other safety equipment correctly, and adhere to all health and safety policies.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in Scaffolding, including erecting, altering, and dismantling structures in line with CISRS and NASC standards.
- Competence in Working at Height and Fall Protection, with a clear understanding of safe access methods and use of personal protective equipment.
- CISRS qualification (Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced) and relevant on-site experience in scaffolding operations.
- Good physical fitness, manual handling capability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions, read basic drawings, and work effectively as part of a team with a strong safety mindset.
