Role Description
The Scaffolder role at TRINITY SCAFFOLDING LIMITED is a full-time remote position, supporting multiple construction sites through planning, coordination, and compliance-related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Reviewing project specifications

The role involves collaborating with site managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure scaffolding systems are designed, documented, and inspected according to safety standards. The Scaffolder will help prepare risk assessments, method statements, and documentation related to working at height, fall protection, and confined spaces. The position requires clear communication, accurate recordkeeping, and proactive involvement in safety and quality initiatives, while coordinating with on-site teams from a remote setting.
Qualifications
- Skills and experience in Scaffolding, including planning, design, and safe use of scaffolding systems.
- Skills related to Working at Height and Fall Protection, with a strong understanding of relevant safety practices and regulations.
- Skills and training in Confined Space work, including awareness of hazards and appropriate control measures.
- A valid CSCS card or equivalent construction site safety certification.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards, risk assessment, and method statement preparation.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with remote and on-site teams.
- Previous experience in scaffolding within the construction industry is highly beneficial.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in scaffolding, health and safety, or construction is an advantage.
