Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolder role based in Odiham. The Scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems on commercial, residential, and industrial sites in line with safety regulations and company standards. Daily tasks include interpreting plans and drawings, assembling scaffolding components, performing safety checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role also involves inspecting existing structures, reporting potential hazards, collaborating with site supervisors and other trades, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely. The Scaffolder will be expected to travel to various local sites as needed and represent the company with professional conduct and communication.

- Ability to work safely at height, including knowledge of Working at Height regulations and safe access methods.
- Experience and training in Scaffolding assembly, modification, and dismantling, following industry standards and best practices.
- Understanding of Confined Space working procedures and the ability to operate safely in restricted environments when required.
- Competence in Fall Protection systems, including correct use of harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points.
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent construction site safety certification.
- Strong awareness of health and safety legislation and commitment to safe site conduct.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labor, including lifting and carrying scaffolding components.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Previous scaffolding experience within commercial or residential construction environments is highly beneficial.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as CISRS or similar scaffolding certifications are an advantage.
