Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolder/PASMA Tower Installer role based in Harlow. The role involves erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding and PASMA towers in line with current safety standards and site requirements.

Responsibilities
- Assessing site conditions
- Selecting appropriate access equipment
- Ensuring all structures are secure and compliant
- Performing routine inspections of erected towers and scaffolds
The Scaffolder/PASMA Tower Installer will work closely with site teams and supervisors to:
- Plan and sequence work
- Maintain accurate records
- Report any safety or structural concerns promptly
The position also requires:
- Safe use of tools and materials
- Adherence to company procedures
- Support of JPS’s commitment to high-quality customer service
Qualifications
- Strong Scaffolding skills, including erecting, adapting, and dismantling structures safely and efficiently
- Competence in Working at Height and Fall Protection practices, including safe use of harnesses and other PPE
- Familiarity with Confined Space working procedures and associated safety measures where required
- Relevant industry certifications such as CSCS and PASMA (or equivalent) and maintaining up-to-date qualifications

Additional Beneficial Qualifications
- Experience in powered access equipment
- Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations
- A full valid driving license
