Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolders role based in Sheffield. The Scaffolder will erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures on commercial, industrial, and residential sites in line with safety regulations and project plans. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves working at height, following site-specific risk assessments and method statements, and collaborating with site managers, health and safety personnel, and other trades to support efficient project delivery. The Scaffolder will also be expected to:
- Complete required documentation
- Report hazards
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- Strong scaffolding skills, including erecting, altering, and dismantling a range of scaffold systems in accordance with industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely at height, with practical experience in fall protection equipment and procedures.
- Experience working in confined spaces where required, with an understanding of relevant safety protocols.
- Valid CSCS (or equivalent) card and recognition of current construction site health and safety requirements.
- Good physical fitness and manual handling capability to manage scaffolding components safely.
- Ability to read and follow scaffold designs, site drawings, and method statements.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a commitment to punctuality and professional conduct on site.
- Relevant industry training or certifications in scaffolding and working at height; CISRS or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
