Role Description
These full-time Scaffolder roles are based out of our HQ near Ashford, Kent. Day-to-day responsibilities include erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications. Scaffolders will collaborate with site managers, trades, and other team members to plan scaffolding solutions for a variety of projects, including complex and confined space environments. Accurate completion of site documentation, adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining tools and equipment in good working order are also key aspects of the role.

The Inspector role involves inspecting scaffolding for stability and safety, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring appropriate fall protection and access systems are in place.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated competence in Scaffolding operations, including erecting, adapting, and dismantling structures safely and efficiently.
- Experience and training in Working at Height, with strong awareness of safe access and egress procedures.
- Knowledge of Fall Protection systems and practices, including correct use of harnesses, guardrails, and other safety equipment.
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS card and Confined Space training for work in restricted or complex environments.
- Good physical fitness and manual handling capability appropriate for construction site work.
- Strong understanding of construction site health and safety regulations and safe systems of work.
- Ability to read basic site plans, follow instructions, and work effectively within a team and with other trades.
- Previous scaffolding experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects; NASC-standard training or equivalent is an advantage.

- Qualified Scaffolding Inspector
