M R Scaffolding Services Ltd has been delivering safe, dependable scaffolding and access solutions for complex construction and infrastructure projects across London and the UK for over 50 years. The company provides full-service support from early technical planning and design through to installation and site management, working closely with clients as an extension of their project teams. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London for Scaffolders at all levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in line with safety regulations and project specifications. The role involves loading, unloading, and moving materials, inspecting scaffolds for stability and compliance, and following site and company procedures. Scaffolders will work closely with site supervisors and other trades, interpret drawings and instructions, and maintain a clean, organized working area. The position requires adherence to health and safety standards, proactive reporting of hazards, and participation in toolbox talks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated competence in Scaffolding, including erecting, adapting, and dismantling structures safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work safely when Working at Height, with strong awareness of risk and correct use of equipment.
- Experience working in Confined Space environments, following appropriate safety procedures and permits.
- Valid CSCS (or equivalent) certification, with commitment to maintaining required industry cards and training.
- Knowledge and practical application of Fall Protection systems and safe access methods.
- Good physical fitness, manual handling capability, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with a safety-first mindset.
- Relevant scaffolding qualifications (e.g., CISRS cards) and prior experience on construction or infrastructure sites are highly beneficial.
