About the role
We're looking for an excellent B2B writer to make Confirm's scale-up proposition clear, relevant, and easy to act on.
Sitting within Field Marketing, you'll write for CEOs, COOs, people leaders, learning teams, and operational teams in ambitious, fast-growing businesses. You'll get close to their world: rapid hiring, inconsistent onboarding, widening skill gaps, stretched managers, changing processes, and the pressure to build capability without adding complexity.
You'll turn proposition strategy, research, customer evidence, product insight, and campaign ideas into content that earns attention and supports growth. The work needs to sound unmistakably Confirm: clear, human, confident, and useful. For this audience, it must also feel energetic, conversational, and commercially sharp.
This is a hands-on role. You'll write flagship pieces and the shorter assets that make them travel: campaign copy, articles, customer stories, emails, event content, sales materials, social posts, video scripts, and more. You'll know when a subject needs depth and when three sharp lines will do the job better.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
