Science Graduate | Hounslow | September Start
A successful secondary school in Hounslow is seeking a Science Graduate to join from September 2026 on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year in July 2027. This role is well suited to a graduate with a strong academic background and previous experience working with young people who is keen to gain practical secondary school experience before progressing into teaching or wider education-based work.
The school has developed a strong reputation for academic progress, inclusion and structured pastoral support. Science remains a key area of strength across KS3 and KS4, with students benefiting from targeted intervention programmes, specialist facilities and consistent classroom routines. Staff work closely with SEND teams and pastoral leaders to ensure pupils receive appropriate academic and emotional support throughout the school day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
