As water technologies experts, we don't just offer jobs β we build careers with purpose. We're on a mission of Ecological Transformation, and we're looking for a dedicated Scheduler to help us deliver outstanding service to our customers.
What will I be doing:

Allocate the most cost-effective and suitably qualified engineer to attend site based on local knowledge and engineer skill availability
- Technical Knowledge Application: Demonstrate proficient knowledge of technical procedures and work routines specific to the role. Apply this knowledge to ensure customers receive prompt attendance from engineers with the necessary skills and parts to complete required work
- Team Utilisation & Planning: Ensure engineers within the team are fully utilised at all times. Forward plan contract visits in accordance with the contract visit schedule and work with National Service Managers and the Scheduling Manager to resolve any conflicting issues that prevent optimal utilisation
- Booking Confirmation & Coordination: Confirm booking arrangements for all site visits with customers and appropriate engineers, ensuring all relevant information is provided and customer expectations are met
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Advise National Service Managers and the Scheduling Manager if unable to provide an appropriate response to a customer request or if delays are anticipated. Escalate issues that compromise contract commitments due to lack of engineer availability

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
