Company Overview
Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and General Aviation.
As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months.
Role Description
As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Scheduler to join the team to create, coordinate, and manage our master schedules (integrated end-to-end schedules) in line with customer and business milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and control master schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud for various types of programs including new product development for internal and external programs, TC, and other major projects
- Ensure schedules are logically linked, baselined, structured, and achievable in line with best practice, business requirements, and internal governance
- Provide proactive scheduling support including critical path analysis, what-if scenario simulation, and recovery or risk mitigation planning
- Assess progress, track, and analyze the impact of schedule forecast changes to identify delays, conflicts, blockers, and threats at the earliest opportunity. Organize to make resolutions with version control changes if schedule recovery or risk mitigation is required
- Analyse risks and opportunities for resource planning while using a workload and capacity management tool in Oracle Primavera Cloud and present data and proposals in a monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) review
- Issue and track work-to-list, and collaborate with program, commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and production team to maintain schedule integrity and accuracy
- Work with senior management to ensure the effective allocation of resources and facilities, support forward load and bid discussions
- Supporting programme reviews to ensure that we are planning in line with the top-level programme schedules and customer milestones
- Control the allocation of contingency reserve and updates to the programme or project schedule baseline ensuring alignment to the risk register
- Supporting scheduling process development, Oracle Primavera Cloud implementation, and any other improvement when necessary
- Establishing and implementing standards and best practice across Programmes or products

Skills and Experience Required
- Proven track record of successful project deliveries with experience in defining project scope and deliverables, and leading problem-solving with multi-functional teams
- Experience of project schedule creation while building schedule logic and the right granularity of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in an aerospace or other complex engineering environment
- Ability to address and manage critical paths in integrated schedules across multi-functional teams as well as manage internal and external alignment and expectation
- A self-starter with a first-principles mindset and the ability to thrive in a small business environment, also able to provide leadership when required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage constructively with diverse stakeholders at any level as well as the ability to challenge/push back and initiate escalation in a timely manner where necessary
- Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines
- Ability to quickly and flexibly adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluent in written and spoken English
- UK driving license and ability to travel

Desirable
- Experience of Oracle Primavera Cloud/P6
- Experience of Production Planning and IBP/ Sales & Operation process
- Ability to read design and manufacturing data (BOM, Cycle time, Drawings etc.) and manufacturing process documents (Value stream map, Works order etc.)
- Experience of working within a SAP environment
- Experience of managing resource-loaded multiple schedules
- Appreciation of Project Management processes and principles
