Scheduler – Air Hygiene & Surveys

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Contract: 14-month fixed-term contract — maternity cover

Hours: 35 hours per week, worked within 8am–5pm

Holiday: 25 days plus 8 bank holidays

About The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Scheduler to join our existing scheduling team on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

You’ll coordinate Air Hygiene and Survey works, manage operative diaries and ensure jobs are efficiently planned. Working closely with clients and field teams, you’ll keep schedules on track, respond to changes and provide reliable administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate Air Hygiene and Survey works, making effective use of available resources.
  • Liaise with clients and field operatives to confirm arrangements and keep jobs progressing smoothly.
  • Maintain engineer schedules, respond to changing priorities and ensure each job has an assigned value.
  • Keep accurate job records, maintain organised filing systems and support the team with general administration.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle client enquiries or complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.

About You

You’ll have previous experience in scheduling, planning or coordination, with strong organisational and communication skills. You’ll be confident managing a busy workload, liaising with clients and field operatives, and adapting when priorities change.

A proactive approach, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team are essential. A good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word would be beneficial.
