Location: Caernarfon LL55 2BD
Pay: From ยฃ27,040.00 per year

Job Description:

๐Ÿ“ Based in Caernarfon with travel to other company locations as required
๐Ÿ•’ Full-time, Permanent | Minimum 40 hours per week

Are you organised, proactive, and great at keeping things on track?

We're looking for a Scheduler to join our growing team and play a key role in coordinating daily operations across the business.

Working closely with management, operational teams, contractors, and local authorities, you'll help ensure work is planned efficiently, delivered on time, and completed to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Scheduling and monitoring daily works to meet deadlines and service targets
  • Supporting the team with planning, administration and the smooth day-to-day running of operations
  • Proactively identifying, resolving, and escalating scheduling and operational issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

About Us:

GT Williams Ltd is a long-established family-owned Engineering company specialising in utilities and now rapidly expanding within the telecommunication industry.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills
  • A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Previous administration, scheduling, or coordination experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
  • Right to work in the UK

This role is based primarily from our Caernarfon office and requires regular onsite attendance. Please note that hybrid or remote working is not available for this position.
