Job Description

Tasks

  • Supporting schedule and risk management activities across ESA projects and programmes;
  • Developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules, milestones and performance metrics;
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying schedule risks, issues and mitigation actions;
  • Preparing reports, dashboards and schedule performance analyses;
  • Supporting project reviews, planning activities and stakeholder coordination;
  • Maintaining scheduling tools, processes and documentation;
  • Contributing to process improvements, training and best-practice implementation;
  • Supporting project teams in delivering projects on schedule and in line with programme objectives.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, project control or a related discipline;
  • Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills;
  • Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment;
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with strong customer-focused communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
