Formed in 2004, Private Equity owned Parkingeye, is looking to support customers in both managing their car parks and helping them generate revenues. Parkingeye is the leader in their field of expertise and our growth trajectory is set to high.
We are looking for a best-in-class candidate to join our team. The role of Scheduling Co-ordinator is key to the ongoing success and growth of Parkingeye through demonstrating excellence in Scheduling.

With an increasing and diverse project portfolio of projects, Parkingeye seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to join our busy and growing Operations team.
This key role supports our Company operations through scheduling, which assists with the installation and maintenance of car park ANPR camera systems.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Ideal candidate would have a wide range of experience to undertake a variety of administrative tasks with previous coordinating experience desirable. They would demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, to support accountability in project delivery to meet internal and client's objectives. They will be a self-motivated individual keen to assist with improving delivery, while able to develop innovative solutions within the department.

Some key duties include:
- Administration (Raise Purchase Orders/Goods receipt them. Booking hotels for our engineers plus much more)
- To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role
- Running line searches to ensure safe digging for the engineers on site
- Design and draft signs and overlays in accordance with the requirements of the client and the BPA Code of Practice
- Manage and continuously improve any processes related to signage and improve efficiencies and productivity is maximised
- Adhere to Company Policies, procedures and quality standards
- To be aware of and follow all health and safety requirement, and comply with all Company Policy
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential
- Demonstrating strong general education including English Language and Mathematics
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace
- Evidence of knowledge and skills in ensuring high levels of quality assurance
- Evidence of knowledge and skills in managing time, while managing multiple activities
- Evidence of ability to change priorities based on the needs of the Company
- Evidence of meeting tight Service Level Agreement targets and deadlines
- Evidence of producing high quality work
- Evidence of excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
