Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Birmingham for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating schedules and ensuring excellent service delivery.
The Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily workloads, managing schedules, and acting as a key point of contact between customers, field-based staff, and internal departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring work is completed efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, jobs, and service visits
- Managing diaries and allocating workloads effectively
- Liaising with customers regarding appointments and enquiries
- Communicating with field-based teams to ensure schedules run smoothly
- Monitoring job progress and making adjustments where required
- Updating internal systems with accurate information and job records
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and service requests
- Resolving scheduling issues and escalating concerns where necessary
- Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring customer service standards are maintained at all times

About You
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have previous experience within scheduling, coordination, or planning
- Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Be confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using internal systems
- Be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
