Job Title: Scheduling Manager

Location: London Bridge

Term: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: Competitive + Benefits (Private Medical, Private Dental, Pension, 25 days Annual leave plus bank holidays & Many more)


The Role

To work closely with Clinical Project Managers, Volunteer Recruitment, Outpatient Team Laboratory and Pharmacy to ensure participants are scheduled in, study tasks are allocated following the trial schedule and the tasks are allocated against the Staff that perform them. You would also plan upcoming study visits and provide accurate forecasting of activities.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Reviews and updates the Trial Schedule.
  • Create study and staff schedules as per study delegation.
  • Distribute weekly rotas to clinical departments.
  • Able to forecast any potential difficulties within clinic and proactively address them ahead of time.
  • Trains and supports clinical operations staff to be able to perform scheduling tasks.

Qualifications And Experience

  • BSc or above in Life Sciences
  • Previous experience working within a Clinical Operations teams.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with external and internal professionals.
  • Previous experience working with IT Scheduler systems (desirable).
