Scheme Manager
Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: £26,265.12
We are looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to deliver high-quality housing and support services for tenants within the associations over 55s housing schemes.
Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, coordinating care and support services, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive culture, driving continuous improvement and supporting innovation and efficiency to help achieve Arawak Walton’s strategic goals.

- You will deliver a proactive and responsive service to tenants living in our accommodation, encouraging tenant involvement in social activities and the wider community.
- You will facilitate effective joint working with external agencies to maximise tenant welfare.
- You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to new tenants and ensure daily H&S inspections are carried out.
With experience and understanding of the needs of older people, you will be accustomed to providing housing-related support and working with external agencies. With knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in sheltered housing schemes, you will hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ or CSHS. Organised and adaptable, you will feel at ease responding quickly to service demands.
