Scheme Manager – Renewable Energy

Join our growing renewable energy team 🌱

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Scheme Manager to join our growing team based at our Head Office in Durham.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing renewable energy projects from initial approval through to completion. You’ll work closely with customers, surveyors, installers, contractors, suppliers and our internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and customers receive an excellent service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing multiple renewable energy projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating surveys, installations and contractors
  • Managing customer communication throughout each project
  • Monitoring project progress, deadlines and outstanding works
  • Liaising with installers, suppliers and external partners
  • Resolving issues and keeping projects on track
  • Managing project documentation and completion paperwork
  • Monitoring costs, variations and project performance
  • Supporting compliance with relevant funding and industry requirements
  • Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Operations teams
  • Helping improve processes as the business continues to grow

Experience in renewable energy, construction, property, housing, energy efficiency, project management or scheme management would be highly desirable.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can take ownership, work independently and get things done.
