About the Role

Responsibilities

  • You'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the Schemes portfolio.
  • You'll work closely with Commercial Sales colleagues to identify and support new Schemes opportunities.
  • You'll help review and enhance onboarding processes for new schemes, ensuring a smooth customer and broker experience.
  • You'll contribute to the delivery of the Schemes business plan and wider Commercial objectives.
  • You'll support and develop colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • You'll use management information and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • You'll work collaboratively across the business to deliver great outcomes for brokers and customers.
