About us

The Palladian Academy Trust is a community of schools, each with its own ethos, that enjoy a mutually enriching partnership. Our Trust includes both church and community academies working closely together, all connected by a shared vision for our pupils: ‘excellent and equitable opportunities so everyone can flourish.’

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and organised School Administration Officer to join our welcoming team across two of our primary schools. The successful candidate would work Thursdays and Fridays (12 hours per week) at Westwood with Iford Primary school and 4.5 hours per week (day of the week to be discussed) at Fitzmaurice Primary School. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a professional front-of-house service to pupils, staff, parents, and visitors.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

  • Proven administrative or clerical experience, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Excellent IT skills, including competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an aptitude for learning school-specific systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to converse at ease with all members of the school community.
  • A professional, calm, patient, and flexible approach to work in a dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
