Rotherham
£14.61 per hour
Start date: September 2026
Contract type: Temp - perm following 12 weeks successful temporary placement
Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only
Unique School Solutions are supporting a large Primary School in Rotherham to appoint a School Administrator. The role will involve using SIMS to support the school admin team with the general day to day running of school. This will include sitting on reception and answering calls as well as welcoming visitors, and entering data on to the system and running reports were requested. The role is to start in September 2026 and for the right person could lead to a permanent job after 12 weeks.

Essential Requirements For The Role
- Previous experience working within a school and using SIMS or similar school systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling confidential data
- Accurate data management skills
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work under direction as well as using own initiative
