What is the job role?

Administration Assistant – Grade 3 (Grade 2 may be considered depending on experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at All Saints.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a warm, welcoming school where children, families and staff are at the heart of everything we do. We are a close community with a strong family feel, guided by our Christian vision of love for ourselves, our family and our world.

Although this is an office-based role, at All Saints we believe that every adult is a teacher. The successful candidate will therefore be much more than an administrator. You will be an important part of school life: welcoming children and families, supporting colleagues and helping our busy school run smoothly.

We can offer you a supportive team, a varied and rewarding role and the opportunity to develop your skills and learn as part of our growing school business team. If you are enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and are willing to get stuck in, we would love to hear from you.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • genuinely enjoys working in a school environment and has a love of children;
  • is warm, approachable and able to make children, families and visitors feel welcome;
  • is enthusiastic, positive and willing to learn;
  • is organised, reliable and able to work carefully and accurately;
  • communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of people;
  • is willing to be flexible and help wherever needed – “that’s not my job” isn’t really how we work at All Saints!
  • enjoys being part of a team and wants to contribute to the wider life of the school;
  • understands the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and professional conduct;
  • shares our commitment to ensuring that every child and family feels known, valued and cared for.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
