Part Time, initially a One Year Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to become permanent following review
Required from November 2026, 22 hours per week, term time only
The OLA Trust Pay Range: Grade 3
(£25,583 pro rata; actual salary approx. £21,000 per annum)
We are seeking to appoint a calm, flexible and well-organised individual to join our friendly and vibrant school team.
This is a key front-facing role, requiring excellent attendance, strong time-management skills and a professional, welcoming manner. Working closely with the office team, the post holder will provide efficient and high-quality administrative support and communicate positively and confidently with children, parents and staff. The successful candidate will make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of the school and ensure that all visitors experience a warm, approachable and professional welcome.
