School Administrator Grade 4

Alumwell Infant School wish to appoint a school administrator as soon as possible to join our busy office. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a school office environment.
The post is for four days per week 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. with ½ hour lunch. 28 hours per week. Non-working day to be negotiated.
Responsibilities
- Along with complex reception/office duties associated with a Grade 4 post, the successful applicant will have:
- A sound financial background.
- The ability to analyse and evaluate data/information and produce reports/information/data as required.
- Provide personal, administrative and organisational support to other staff.
- Have a sound knowledge of Arbor, producing and updating data.
- Have a sound knowledge of attendance, reporting to the Head teacher, EWO and governors.
- Experience of working with medical tracker would also be advantageous.
- Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required.
