WorkwithSchools are recruiting School Administrators for a variety of school settings in York and across Yorkshire.

We have a range of part-time and full-time School Administrator opportunities available, offering a competitive pay rate plus holiday pay.

Previous school administration experience is advantageous, although we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant administration experience.

You Should Have

  • Previous experience working in an administration role, ideally within a school or education setting
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, including data entry and knowledge of SAGE
  • Experience with ScholarPack and/or ParentPay would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work undertaken
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
  • A professional, reliable and organised approach to working in a school environment
