Job Advert: School Attendance Officer/Office Administrator

Location: Meadows First School, Bromsgrove, B61

Contract: Part time

Salary: SC3, Monday to Friday 20 hours per week

Are you passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential? Meadows First School (Bromsgrove, B61) is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Attendance Officer to join our vibrant primary school community of 348 pupils.

As our Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting high levels of attendance and punctuality across the school. You’ll work closely with staff, pupils, and families to ensure that every child is supported to attend school regularly and to break down any barriers to learning.

  • Monitoring and recording daily attendance
  • Investigating and following up unexplained absences
  • Supporting families to improve pupil attendance
