School Bus Charter Driver
As a School Bus Charter Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students and ensuring a secure and pleasant travel experience. Reporting to the transportation supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in driving, communication, and paratransit to effectively manage routes and interact with children. Your premium skills in commercial driving will enhance your ability to navigate various road conditions. Additionally, your relevant experience with children, customer service, and mechanical knowledge will support the organization's commitment to providing reliable and safe transportation for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from after school and extracurricular activities.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school officials.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (paid training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
