Fort Royal Community Primary School
Job Title: School Business Manager
Salary: £43,250 - £46,082 per annum for 37 hours per week, term time plus TED days and an additional 10 days during the school holidays. Requests for all year round contracts will be considered, please advise interest when applying.

Fort Royal Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional, highly motivated and strategic School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the future of our school.
We are a Primary School in the heart of Worcester, providing a nurturing, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment for children with a wide range of special educational needs. At the heart of our school is our ethos Play, Learn, Laugh and Succeed. We believe that children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and engaged. Through meaningful learning experiences, positive relationships, and a focus on wellbeing, we create an environment where every child can flourish.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business manager to lead and manage the school's financial, operational and support services, ensuring that resources are used effectively to deliver the very best outcomes for our pupils. The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and Governing Body, providing strategic leadership across finance, HR, health and safety, premises, ICT, catering, administration and compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has significant experience in financial management, budget planning and forecasting.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and people management skills.
- Has experience of operational, premises and health and safety management.
- Understands HR processes, compliance and organisational development.
- Can think strategically while delivering practical solutions.
- Is committed to the vision, values and ethos of Fort Royal Primary School.
