Cranmer Education Trust is looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious School Business Manager to work across two of our primary schools.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role, working closely with head teachers and senior leaders to support effective operations and ongoing school improvement. You'll lead key business functions, support and develop staff, manage resources effectively, and help ensure both schools run efficiently and successfully.

We're looking for someone with strong school-based experience, excellent leadership, and strong people-management skills. Sound financial and resource management, and the ability to build strong relationships with a focus on continuous improvement.
Salary is Grade 7 SCP 27 to 32, £38,220 - £42,839. Flexible hours and weeks may be considered.
