Hours: 36 hours per week term time only
Salary:
- Grade H – FTE £40,575 - £44,184 (Actual salary - £35,848 – £38,863)
- Grade I – FTE £44,184 - £48,519 (Actual salary - £38,863 - £42,676)
Location: Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, 2, Oakleigh Park South, Whetstone, London, N20 9JU

About the School
Sacred Heart is a two form mixed primary school. We are situated in Whetstone, Barnet, close to the M25, and with good transport links.
About the Candidate
- Certificate of School Business Management (CSBM) or equivalent level of knowledge and experience. (This qualification is required for Grade I to be considered)
- Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations, codes of practice, and government policies, such as OFSTED, safeguarding, health and safety, data protection
- Proficient user of MS Office software and/or other in-house software
- Manage the procurement process, including securing appropriate service contracts, licences, and insurance
- Line management of school support staff
- May include management of facilities, including premises, lettings, and liaising with external contractors
- Negotiate, manage, and monitor licences, insurances, and contracts on behalf of the school
- Analytical skills for business and finance planning, including interpretation of budget planning, development of administrative and financial procedures.
