School Business Support Officer (Grade 5) Maternity cover based at Savile Town.

Grade 5 post for 14 hours per week.

Working day is 12.15 – 3.45 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

The Governors of our school are seeking to appoint a dynamic Temporary School Business Support Officer covering the maternity leave of the current post holder, to work in partnership with the Head Teacher and SLT to continue to develop and secure the very best outcomes for all of our children.

The Successful Candidate Must

  • have excellent organisational skills
  • have previous experience of secretarial and admin work, with a NVQ qualification of NVQ 2 or equivalent.
  • has experience of working with information systems, emails, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • have a good sense of humour
  • contribute to the vision of the school, within the wider community
