About The Role
Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts seeks School Cleaners for a part-time, temporary post in Edinburgh South. Paying £13.66 hourly, the position runs Monday through Friday, either 1500–1900 or 1600–2000. Duties include emptying bins, cleaning toilets, sweeping, mopping, hoovering, polishing hard floors, wiping surfaces, deep cleaning to schedule, and storing equipment safely. Applicants should be approachable, dependable team players with prior cleaning experience. A PVG Certificate is required, costing £59 for a new application or £18 to update an existing one. This ongoing assignment starts as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities

- Cleaning toilets

- Cleaning all surfaces
- Ensuring all equipment is stored safely
- Deep cleaning as per schedules
- Any other tasks as required
