Studley Infants’ School is a part of the Arden Forest C of E MAT, a community of schools who strive to give all of our children the hope and aspiration to achieve their full personal and academic potential and to “Inspire Educational Excellence in Everyone”.
About Studley Infants' School
Studley Infants' School is a nurturing and vibrant setting for children aged 3 to 7. We’re passionate about providing the very best education in a way that’s fun, engaging, and full of joy. Our small but perfectly formed team is made up of dedicated staff — many of whom have been part of our school family for years — creating a strong sense of continuity and care.
Tucked away down a quiet drive, we’re one of Studley’s best kept secrets. But once you find us, we hope you’ll feel the warmth, welcome, and wonder that make our school so special.
Who we are looking for?
Are you someone who sees a glitter spill and thinks, “Challenge accepted”?
Do you believe that muddy footprints are just signs of a day well spent?
Can you spot a smudge from 20 feet and wipe it with ninja-like precision?
If so, we want YOU!
We’re looking for a positive, flexible, open-minded team player with a can-do attitude and an eye for detail to join our lovely school community. You’ll be helping us keep our learning spaces clean, safe, and welcoming — because our children deserve the best.
We’re big fans of messy play (think paint, glitter, mud pies, and the occasional mystery goo), so while we don’t expect miracles, we do expect a commitment to creating clean and calm spaces where children can thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
