Eaton Valley Primary School,

Eaton Valley Primary School is a beautiful two-form entry school in West Bromwich, for children from Nursery to Year 6. We are so proud of our wonderful children, their families, and our staff.

We are seeking to appoint a Finance Administrator 4 days per week/21 Hours per week on a permanent basis.

Hours of work will be:

  • Monday 1pm to 4pm
  • Tuesday 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Wednesday 1pm to 4pm
  • Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm

The successful candidate will join our office team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager to maintain and further develop the school’s office. Experience in working in a school finance environment is preferable but not essential.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Support the School Business Manager and office team with daily finance tasks, including raising and processing orders.
  • Have experience of working in a financial role.
  • Be able to effectively deal with enquiries from pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Be able to lead on personal development and wellbeing.
  • Contribute to maintaining our high standards of achievement.

Grade: Grade C SCP 5-8 (£25,583 p.a - £26,824 p.a.) - Actual salary - £12,956 - £13,761 p.a.
