Minibus Driver – Job Share
Term Time Only | Monday to Friday | Week-On / Week-Off - 24 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Minibus Driver to join our team on a week-on, week-off job-share basis, providing safe and professional transport for students during term time.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting students safely and punctually on designated routes, ensuring a friendly, professional and supportive service at all times.
The position operates Monday to Friday during term time only, on a week-on, week-off job share arrangement.

Working Hours
- AM shift: 06:15 – 08:30
- PM shift: 15:35 – approximately 17:45
There may be some flexibility around the exact finishing time depending on the route and traffic conditions.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A safe, confident and considerate driver
- Reliable and punctual
- Patient and approachable, with a professional manner
- Comfortable working with children and young people
- Able to work independently and follow designated routes and procedures
- Committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of passengers
Essential Requirements
- D1 entitlement on your driving licence
- A good standard of driving and a commitment to passenger safety
- Willingness to complete MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) theory and practical assessments
- Willingness to comply with all relevant safeguarding, health and safety and transport procedures
