School Operations Manager
We are looking to appoint a School Operations Manager at Rookwood School.
Nestled on a leafy site in Andover, Rookwood School is a happy and thriving learning environment for pupils aged 6 months to 18 years. At the heart of our ethos is strong pastoral care, where every individual is treated with respect and dignity. As our School Operations Manager you will lead and manage all aspects of the operations and facilities of the School. Lead, manage and continuously improve all aspects of school operations by:
- Ensuring a safe, compliant and well-maintained environment.
- Providing professional leadership to operational teams.
- Supporting strategic planning and delivery.
- Managing estates, transport, facilities and business operations.
- Enabling the School’s educational mission through exceptional operational support.

This role will suit someone who is detail-orientated and strategic at the same time, your workload will be varied and require confidentiality, discretion, and empathy. You will have to manage and work with various departments so the ability to prioritize and communicate clearly is key.
