Most early careers jobs ask you to choose between doing something meaningful and accelerating your career. This isn't one of them.

We're recruiting on behalf of one of London's fastest-growing mission-driven organisations.

Over the last few years they've grown rapidly, built an exceptional team and have ambitious plans for the future. They're now looking for bright, ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to take on real responsibility from day one.

This isn't the sort of place where you'll spend two years watching from the sidelines. If you're good, you'll be trusted quickly.

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing social impact organisations, using the power of sport to improve the lives of thousands of young people every week.

Having grown rapidly over the last few years, they're now entering another exciting phase of expansion. Working with schools, communities, charities and corporate partners, their mission is simple: make high-quality opportunities accessible to every young person, regardless of background.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and opening doors.

You'll take ownership of growing partnerships with schools, introducing them to programmes that genuinely improve young people's lives. Rather than selling a commercial product, you'll be helping schools access something with real educational and social value.

You'll manage the entire sales journey - from identifying target schools and making first contact through to presenting proposals, running taster sessions and securing new partnerships.

What you'll be doing

  • Research and identify prospective schools across London.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Contact Headteachers, PE Leads and School Business Managers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and meetings.
  • Organise taster sessions and conversion activities.
  • Build long-term relationships across the education sector.
  • Attend networking events and education conferences.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reporting.
  • Analyse results and continually improve the sales process.
  • Work closely with marketing and programme teams to refine messaging.
