About the Role
Our client in Greenwich is seeking a welcoming and organised School Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our school community. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday for 35 hours.
This amazing school is looking for people with high aspirations, the desire to achieve and succeed—both for themselves and the students, but also for the community and their colleagues. This means we’re looking for creative thinkers, inspiring individuals, and team players.

In This Role, You Will
- Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and accurately
- Manage the school’s main reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
- Provide administrative support, such as handling mail, managing appointments, and maintaining records
- Assist with other tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth running of the school office

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Hold the right to work/eligibility in the UK (Essential)
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous experience working with School database software (SIMS) is desirable
- DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
