About Us

We are an established UK supplier of premium school sportswear, PE kits, and customized teamwear, working with school uniform retailers, schools, and educational organizations nationwide.

Position: School Sportswear & Education Partnerships Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a School Sportswear & Education Partnerships Manager to develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and build long-term partnerships across the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop existing schoolwear and retail partnerships.
  • Identify and win new customers across schools, retailers, and education organizations.
  • Grow sales within existing accounts.
  • Present sportswear, PE kit, and customized teamwear solutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Visit customers across your allocated UK territory.
  • Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through quotation, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
  • Manage your own diary, appointments, and territory development.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have experience in business development, field sales, territory sales, account management, or customer partnerships.

Experience in schoolwear, sportswear, apparel, retail, education, workwear, or a related sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

You should have:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Good organization and time management.
  • Confidence working independently from a home base.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Full product and industry training will be provided for the right candidate.

Location:

Remote. Must be based in the Home Counties as travel to clients in the area on a regular basis is required.
