GAIN (Girls Are INvestors) — Fixed-term, 8 weeks | 40 hours per week | Mid-October to early December 2026

Inspire. Empower. Invest.

About GAIN

GAIN (Girls Are INvestors) is a UK charity working to close the gender gap in the investment management industry. Through school and university programmes, employer partnerships and digital learning, we help young women and non-binary students discover, prepare for, and access careers in investment.

About the role

We're looking for an organised, proactive administrator to join our Schools & Early Talent team for eight weeks during our busiest period of the year. This is a full-time, fixed-term role, mostly supporting the smooth onboarding of schools and students onto our School Investment Challenge (SIC) — one of our flagship programmes, reaching over 1,000 students and 100 schools annually — alongside some administrative support across our other programmes. You'll report to the Schools & Early Talent Manager and work closely with the Senior Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

  • School Investment Challenge onboarding (the bulk of your time, especially November–early December)
    • Monitor school and student onboarding progress on our systems (Beacon and LearnWorlds), chasing outstanding tasks
    • Contact schools and students directly to complete onboarding steps, including consent forms and programme agreements
    • Act as a first point of contact for LearnWorlds access queries (e.g. password resets, adding new users)
    • Confirm onboarding completion with schools and share supporting materials
    • Report onboarding status weekly to the Manager, flagging anything that needs escalating

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
