The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Sandwell from September 2026 on a long-term supply basis.
The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that encourage students to develop their scientific knowledge, understanding, and practical skills.

The Candidate
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold QTS or be an ECT specialising in Science
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science
- Have experience teaching, or be training to teach, across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver engaging and appropriately challenging lessons
- Demonstrate effective classroom management skills
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
- Be organised, reliable, and committed to supporting student progress
The School
You will be joining a secondary school in Sandwell, working as part of the Science department and wider teaching team.
This long-term supply opportunity provides an excellent chance to contribute to students’ learning and development while gaining valuable experience within a secondary school environment.
