Science Tutor (Full-time) | Havering | September 2026

Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Tutor looking to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching?

A successful secondary school in Havering, with an established Sixth Form, is seeking a confident and ambitious Science Tutor to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across secondary education while developing the skills needed for a future career in teaching.

As a Science Tutor, you will support students from Year 7 to Year 11 through 1:1 and small group interventions, helping to raise attainment, confidence and engagement across Science. You will work closely with experienced teachers within a supportive Science department and gain valuable experience in a school that also supports students through Sixth Form.
