Company Description
Bitesize Bio helps bioscience researchers grow by offering personal experience, advice, and practical tools from seasoned mentors. Our community includes contributions from hundreds of the brightest minds in bioscience, all aiming to support researchers in their labs and in their careers.
Location
This is a 12-month contract for maternity cover. A full-time, remote role for people based in Scotland or Northern England only as you will be required to attend regular company get-togethers.

As a Scientific Content Editor, you will be responsible for managing editorial content, working closely with other editors and contributors to ensure the quality and relevance of published materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of degree level in a bioscience subject.
- Postgrad qualifications and/or hands-on lab experience an advantage.
- Content Management and Editorial skills
- Web Content Writing, Video, and Writing skills
- Savvy problem solver and curiosity about using new tools for online communication
- Confident talking and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with remote work setup
