Publications & Content Manager

Important Details:
- Duration: 06-month contract opportunity
- Location: 100% Remote (Ireland or UK)
- Schedule: Business Hours, Monday-Friday
- Base Pay Rate: €45 (Ireland) / £39.15 (UK) an hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute therapeutic area aligned publication plans and scientific communication programs across the product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and right-first-time delivery.
- Act as the primary project management contact, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, scientific writers, and external partners to deliver publication and content development plans.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation and compliance records, and ensure adherence to internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting publication management tools, compliance reporting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry or Medical communications agency experience or post-university experience desirable
- Advanced project management skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Services leadership delivery roles or providing services to large pharmaceutical organization desirable
- Experience of working in an international environment.
