Open Positions & Candidate Profiles
1. Innovation Talent (Senior / Executive Level)
For established academic or industry R&D leaders. Requirements:
- PhD required.
- Profile: Associate Professor (or higher) at an overseas university OR senior technical/R&D leadership in a multinational corporation OR documented collaboration with Chinese enterprises.
- Recognized expertise in a strategic or emerging field.
2. Young Talent (Early-to-Mid Career)
For rising researchers with strong academic potential. Requirements:
- PhD required.
- ~3 years of overseas research experience (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Profile: Postdoc, Assistant Professor, or equivalent experience.
