About The Role

We are looking for an experienced in vivo scientist to play a central role in the execution and development of our preclinical mouse studies.

Working closely with our in vivo team, you will take responsibility for the practical delivery of studies across dosing, biodistribution, tissue collection, histology and behavioural assessment. Our animal work is conducted at an off-site vivarium in London, where you will help establish and maintain rigorous, reproducible experimental workflows.

This is a highly hands-on scientific role. You will execute complex in vivo studies, troubleshoot experimental procedures, ensure appropriate controls and documentation, and contribute to the interpretation of resulting datasets. You will also work with the wider scientific team to refine methods and ensure that animal studies are aligned with the broader objectives of the programme.

The quality and reproducibility of our in vivo data are critical to programme progression. You will therefore play an important role in ensuring that studies are conducted to high scientific, ethical and regulatory standards, and that the resulting samples and datasets are suitable for downstream analysis and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
