A bit about the role
As an SCM Consulting Lead, you will lead SAP MM-led workstreams within S/4HANA and ECC programmes, with responsibility for solution design across a blended supply chain landscape spanning PP, WM/EWM, IM and SD.
This role is a senior, client-facing position responsible for owning solution design within your workstream, directing configuration and integration activity across connected modules, and coaching consultants around you. You will also contribute to pre-sales activity and fit-to-standard analysis, and support the ongoing development of our Supply Chain consulting capability.

What you'll be doing
Key tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Leading SAP SCM workstreams — MM-led, spanning PP, WM/EWM, IM and SD — within end-to-end S/4HANA and ECC programmes.
- Owning and designing best-practice solutions across procurement, inventory, planning, warehouse and order-to-cash processes, aligned to client requirements.
- Running and facilitating functional workshops, fit-to-standard analysis and solution walkthroughs across the wider supply chain landscape.
- Translating complex business needs into scalable, well-integrated SAP solutions.
- Directing configuration, testing and defect resolution activities across MM, PP, WM/EWM, IM and SD.
- Managing cross-module integration with FI/CO and external systems.
- Overseeing data migration, cutover preparation and post-go-live stabilisation activities.
- Supporting pre-sales activity, including estimating, solution input and proposal contributions.
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of consultants within the team, promoting quality and consistency.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, advising on best practice and solution options.

What we want from you
- Strong SAP MM experience, ideally supplemented by exposure to PP, WM/EWM, IM or SD, including leading workstreams or acting as functional lead on complex engagements.
- Proven expertise across core supply chain processes including purchasing, inventory management, planning, warehouse and logistics execution.
- Solid understanding of cross-module integration across a blended SCM landscape, including FI/CO.
- Practical experience in configuration, testing, functional documentation and solution design.
- Confidence leading client workshops, fit-to-standard analysis and translating requirements into clear, actionable designs.
- Experience supporting cutover, data migration and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Some exposure to pre-sales activities such as estimating or proposal input.
- Experience coaching or leading functional workstreams, promoting knowledge sharing across the team.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to engage credibly at all levels.
- S/4HANA experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Fiori, IBP or Ariba desirable.
